Will my gift voucher be extended due to the current pandemic?

We have extended the validity of all Gift Vouchers that are due to expire in 2021, to now expire on 31st December 2021, so that you still have an opportunity to use them at THE PIGs.


How can I use my gift voucher?

Vouchers can be used at any of THE PIG hotels unless the voucher states otherwise.

If the voucher you have varies from the experience you are looking to book, please contact the team who will be able to transfer the value of the voucher to go towards another experience.

Please kindly note that you are unable to redeem a Gift Voucher online to make a booking. Please book your room as normal and the team will refund any pre-payments with proof of your voucher. Please just contact reservations@thepighotel.com


Do you offer dinner, bed and breakfast or room only voucher?

We don't offer a specific voucher and it is difficult to recommend a set amount for an overnight stay as our rates do vary across the hotels and very much depend on room types and time of the year. We do also have a two-night minimum stay policy for all guests arriving on a Friday or Saturday night, and so this is worth considering if the recipient will likely use them for a weekend stay.

We suggest anywhere between £240 and £290 for a mid-category double room for one night on a room only basis. Meals are charged on an a la carte basis, with breakfast being no more than £16 per person. We would also recommend allowing for £40-£50 per person for a three-course meal excluding drinks.


I would like to add a message to my voucher

Once you have added the vouchers to your basket you can choose to write a personal note either a separate message for each one or a message to be copied across your order.


This is a last-minute present, can I get an e-voucher?

Yes, add the items to your basket and on the delivery method, choose to email. This will send you a copy of the voucher and a brochure card to your email.

We don’t offer to email the recipient directly in case the voucher gets caught up in mailbox filters and your gift isn't received.


I would like the recipient to receive their order on a particular day

Not a problem, please choose one of the "Specified Day Delivery" options and choose the required date.


I would like multiple gift boxes but sent to the same address for my order

On the postage options please choose from either the 24hr, 48hr or specific day delivery option with "Separate Packages" and you will receive a box per voucher.
